Negotiated lease buyouts, lease extensions, capital leases, perpetual easements and land purchases on the highest rental and nearest term lease expiration sites averaging over $40M in capital spend annually.
2 years - Tower Acquisitions Representative
Generated $1.5M in new annual recurring revenue through lead generation to closing of commercial real estate (cell towers). Oversaw negotiation, including pricing, letter of interest, and purchase agreement terms and conditions.
11 years - Manager - Engineering Development
Market real estate and construction lead, designed, leased, permitted, entitled, and constructed cell sites with a budget in the hundreds of millions annually.
Completed 8,000+ capital / operations projects, including new site build / modification, backhaul upgrades, microwave, generators, fiber, distributed antenna systems (DAS), small cells, and special projects, growing market sites 75%.
