Following recent deals with T-Mobile and Verizon, UScellular has now reached an agreement with AT&T to sell a portion of its retained spectrum licenses.
UScellular agreed to sell spectrum to AT&T for approximately $1.02 billion.

Two sales and one potential future sale (UScellular’s 4,500 cell towers) were contingent on approval of UScellular’s sale of operations and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile. That transaction closed on August 1, 2025.
