John M. Wabiszczewicz II

Founder / Owner

John has over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications, legal, and real estate industries.​

John began his career in telecommunications in 2007 with American Tower in Greater Boston. He was an Asset Acquisitions Attorney, negotiating lease extensions, capital leases, perpetual easements and land purchases on the most strategically important cell site locations for the organization with a spend of over $40M annually, with transactions across the United States.

In 2010 he moved to Colorado and was a Tower Acquisitions Representative with American Tower acquiring new cell tower assets with new revenue totaling over $10M per year. This included an end-to-end process including negotiation, data analysis, due diligence, lease and contract execution.

From 2013 through 2023, John was a member of T-Mobile’s Regional Network Engineering and Operations team in their Denver Market. He was a leader of their Real Estate and Construction teams responsible for design, zoning, permitting, leasing, entitlement, construction, and turn up of new cell sites and modifications on thousands of projects for T-Mobile. Having covered the states of Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Utah, Nebraska, and Kansas his team contributed to its rapid growth and success while being responsible for a budget in the hundreds of millions. 

John was born in Waterbury, Connecticut. He spent his formative years there and in Middlebury, Connecticut. He is a first generation American proud of his Polish ancestry and has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University (Waltham, MA), and Juris Doctor from Roger Williams School of Law (Bristol, RI). 

​John presently resides in Colorado and enjoys the adventures he has with his growing family which brings him great joy.  He is an avid runner with a natural curiosity about many topics including technology, real estate, traveling, gardening, and culinary interests. He enjoys volunteering and helping his local community and schools.
